Mark 7:15

Mark 7:15

"It is not what goes into your body that defiles you, you are rifled by what comes from your heart"

O/A- you will produce bad things from the treasury of a bad heart. You will produce good things from the treasury of a good heart. Jesus is saying that we are not judged by the things that we eat because the things that we eat, do not pass through our heart. It's the intentions or desires from within the heart that are the source of defilement. Surrender your heart to the lord so that his light can push out any darkness that may be dwelling in us. For darkness can never birth evil if we allow the light to be within us.

Father we lift you up and give you all the praise and glory for it is by your breath that we sustain life father it is by your hand that we are fed and it is by your grace and mercy that our lives are even possible. So thank you, Lord for continuously pouring into us and always standing by our side your love notes no boundaries and you are the calm in the storm father quickness to move out of the way and allow your will to be done and not try to implement our will in front of yours. Give us strength to bring our wants and desires into submission with yours. I pray that our actions are holy and our characterized by our relationship with you let all we do bring glory and honor to you in Jesus name amen.
