Morning S.O.A.P.S.

Matthew 24:44 You must also be ready all the time for the son of Man will come when least expected.  O/A- we never know what time or what day the lord is going to return, only the father in heaven knows that. We must live a life that is pleasing to God, giving up the ways of the world, turning from our own selfish desires, putting our wants into submission to Gods wants and desires for our lives. For this life is only borrowed, here today gone the next, we must make the most of our time building and glorifying Gods kingdom any chance we get. Don't not live for worldly pleasure, it's all just temporary!!! Live a life that is submitted to God letting him have control, for what God gives us is ETERNAL!!! It doesn't fade or fall off, it doesnt leave you empty, it fills you and lasts forever.  Father thank you for your word this morning. It's just a reminder we must not get comfortable in the world because it's only temporary we must keep our focus on you bec...

Matthew 22:37-39 LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, ALL YOUR SOUL, AND ALL YOUR MIND. LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF!!! Love, love, love. Father God I lift this day up to you. Your love has no boundaries. Your love never fails, and it never gives up on us. You love us the same no matter what. Your love is transforming, earth shaking, and cannot be matched! Thank you for your love! Let us be humble and demonstrate that love to others being an example of Christ in us. In all that we do may your love be demonstrated through us. You are love father and we are children of love, let us rejoice and praise you all day everyday for your unwavering love and grace you show us daily. We love you ABBA in Jesus name amen

Matthew 19:26 Jesus looked at them intently and said " humanly speaking it is impossible. But with God, everything is possible." O/A-there is nothing impossible for God!!! We must put all our faith and trust in him and know that he can make miracles happen, he can make mountains move as long as it is in his will. For we cannot achieve salvation and enter heaven on our own! for it is by Gods power and grace that we can achieve what seems impossible.  Father It is your will be done not ours!! Thank you for your grace and mercy that is poured out on our lives daily…. Its is only by the blood of Christ that we have salvation that we can have eternal life!!! For it is nothing we can do to earn it. It's a free gift that only gave us. And it was your plan from the beginning because we could never do anything to be right by our selves. Thank you. Father we lift this day up to you I ask that you bless it and give us strength to do what is right and holy By your name....

Matthew 17:20 "You don't have enough faith," Jesus told them. "I tell you the truth if you had faith even as small as a mustard seed, you could say to this mountain move from here to there, and it would move nothing would be impossible." O/A- FAITH!!!!!!!! We can't just "say" that we have faith we must let that faith into our hearts and believe that no matter what our God can take care of it, that nothing is to big or to small for our lord! Without faith what do we have? The mountain can be used for a metaphor for huge obstacles in our lives. As long as we let the lord lead nothing at all can't be overcome by letting God have control!!   Father thank you for the blessing and goodness you have filled our lives with. We are your mighty God use us however you want. Mold us, shape us, stir us up shake us up and get rid of anything that is in our lives that doesn't bring glory and honor to your name. Give us wisdom and knowledge to u...

Matthew 16:24-25 The Jesus said to his disciples " if any of you wants to be my follower, you must give up your own way take up your cross and follow me. If you try to hang onto your life, you will lose it. But if you give up your life for my sake, you will save it. O/A-you must be willing to give up all your wants and desires and ways of the world and live a life that is Holy and set apart for the lord! Not depending on yourself or anyone else but solely depending and leaning  on Christ as your foundation and way to live! For hanging onto man's ways and desires that please the flesh only lead to the grave but laying all that stuff down and bringing our desires and wants into submission to Gods, living a life solely to please God and not the world, leads to eternal life. THE WORLDS WAYS=DEATH GODS WAY=ETERNAL LIFE Father  your ways better!!!! Nothing good comes from us trying to do what pleases ourselves only misery and death but lord when we give it all over to ...

Matthew 15:13-14 Jesus replied "every plant not planted by my Heavenly Father will be uprooted, so ignore them. They are blind guides leading the blind, and if one blind person guides and other, they will both fall into a ditch." O/A-people and teaching that are not from God will not last. Anything that is man made is on an path of destruction but what is from God will endure.  Do not be swayed by fancy words or flashy teachings that distract you from the sound doctrine that the word of God provides. Let's his words into your heart and store them away so that we don't get misled. Let the things from God take root in our lives for anything else will fall but what's from him will be eternal!!! Father thank you for your word, and your many blessing lord you give our lives. It is your words, your teachings your way of life that will last father and lead us to eternal life in heaven, but it's when we do things our way or we are led by our flesh or the w...

Matthew 10:39 If you cling to your life, you will lose it, but if you give up your life for me, you will find it.  O/A- we must be willing to die to ourselves so that Christ can live in us. We must give up our ways and our desires and wants and bring all of that into submission under his. For it is no longer our way but his. For all that we are "losing" is only temporary when we die to ourself and what we gain through Christ is eternal. If you surrender your earthly life, your ambitions, and even your physical life for Jesus' sake, you will find a greater, eternal life with Him.  Father it's  not about us, our ways, our wants and desires but instead it all about you. Our desires lead us astray and turn our focus away from you but it's when we can bring that stuff into submission under you that we find true peace and joy in a world full of chaos. So let us go deeper with you, stole the fire of our soul and let it burn red hot for you. Fill us with your ...

Matthew 9:12 When Jesus heard this he said, "healthy people don't need a doctor-sick people do." O\A- Do you get clean before you get in to take a shower? Or do you get in and take a shower to get clean? Same thing with Jesus you don't have to clean yourself up and get your life right and then come to him!!!! You come to him with all the things you're struggling with and all the sin and things going on in your life and you lay it down at his feet. You allow him to sort through and get rid of and do the work in you cutting away those things that are not meant for us and replacing them with things that are more eternal and fruitful. (Good fruit 🍎) he wants all you got no matter what it is so that he can clean it u see the blood and make it white as snow and he can make us holy.  Father your words as such a blessing and are alive and every one of them are true. Lord you want our mess and mistakes, or burdens and anguish. You wan...

Matthew 7:18 A good tree can't produce bad fruit, and a bad tree can't produce good fruit." O/A- what comes out of you is produced from the treasury of your heart. Your true nature determines your actions. If you operating under self then a person cannot truly produce good results. But when you remove "I" and your allowing the Lord to have control then the fruit you will produce will be good because your spiritual nature will be aligned with God and your output will be Holy and Spirit led not self led!!!! Father your word is so true. We must remove ourselves out of the situation and allow you to have full control. Allow you to prune the things out of our lives that are not supposed to be there in order for good and more fruitful things to grow. Give us strength give us courage quicken us in  those moments And allow our focus to be completely on you and not our self. Fill us with your words and your knowledge and let the Holy Spirit lead guide and dire...

Matthew 6:25 " that is why I tell you not to worry about every day life whether you have enough food and drink or clothes to wear. Isn't life more than food and your body more than clothing?" O/A- do not get caught up in the temporary things of this world but instead focus your yourself on the things that are eternal. For money and possessions fade, they will never fill you only leaving you wanting more. But God he will fill You and give you everything you need and more. For the things of God are eternal and everlasting!!!! Prioritize God and his kingdom, trust in him rather than allowing worldly concerns to dominate and have control of your life. Father thank you for your many many blessings in our lives. Your word is alive and so true. Lord give us strength not to get caught up in the things of this world rather focus our attention on you and trust that you'll provide all we need. Remove the things that are not of you and fill us with your spirit to le...

Matthew 4:10 "Get out of here Satan," Jesus said. "For the scriptures say,       'You must worship the Lord your God and serve him only.'" O/A- there must not be anything or anyone that comes before your relationship with God. Him and him alone should sit at the top being number one in your life. Serving him, worshipping him and honoring him and his word above everything else. God will always provide what we need, he will always show us the path to take, and he will ALWAYS walk it out with us. We NEVER should get in the way or the Lord or let anything in our life become priority over God and his work.  Father thank you for your words that quickly remind us how easy it can be sometimes to become sidetracked and lose focus and not realize it. To often times we let "Life" creep in and cause us to shift our attention away from You. Give us a spirit or renewal today Father stoking that fire that's burning under us until It's a ...

Matthew 3:8 "Prove by the way you live that you have repented of your sins and turned to God." O/A- John is talking to the Pharisees and Sadducees but it applies to all. It's not about what the outside of "looks" like but where is your heart at? If you speak a big game but your heart is far from the lord then your actions are going to reflect that of the world. It might not show right away but eventually it will boil Over and what comes out of you will reflect exactly what the condition of your heart is in. So surrender it all the lord, repenting of any sin in your life and not turning back to it. Letting God have control means he will deliver you from that and give you a new desire and taste for a more pleasing and holy life. Your actions will speak for themselves even when your alone what you do will tell the condition of your heart.  Father we give this day to you and ask that you bless it. Give us strength not just in moments when we're aro...
